List of songs removed from OC ReMix for Content ID

Some remixes are not available on our OverClocked ReMix Radio station due to it being Content IDed on Twitch, Youtube, and other sites. Since OCR Radio is used in a lot of streams and other publically-broadcasted situations (event background music, game bars, etc), and we advertise it as being Content ID safe, we've moved these songs to Covers.

We only make Content ID guarantees for the OCReMix channel. If someone is streaming another channel, we warn them that they might get Content ID matched.

We could probably move all these OCR songs to the Covers channel if we wanted to keep them around. At least two are on albums that we have on Covers anyway.

Not a bad idea. They're still on All as well, right?

I just quickly moved them to /home/icecast/~contentID, as I did see that some of them were on Covers as well. Was in a bit of a rush at work so I didn't take the time to do them properly, sorry.

They're all still there if someone wants to take the time to move them somewhere else. I apologize for being lazy about this. :/

I'd be pleased to see them land on Covers! (although I'm still new to back-end admin and would have to leave the moving of songs to someone more qualified)

Will we be able to preserve their ratings, or does a station swap wipe them?

They are preserved as long as we just move the files over.

Back in 2014, I was going to move a YouTube video of mine on to my other channel that was a lyric video that contained an OverClock Remix song "Absolution Comes in Dreams", of course, I was mad, but since it was copyright claimed year ago and I hadn't noticed it, I couldn't write a distribute for it.

It fucking sucked, but, once again, there was nothing I could do.

Got confused on some of the others that seemed to have disappeared, until I realized they were just put into other albums. ^^; Everything other than the above song looked good once I realized that.

I just received a copyright strike for playing Final Fantasy III "The Dark World (Crystal Abyss Mix)" but only for the begining, 1 minute and 3 seconds. I'm not sure if I should dispute this or leave it as is?
